Prior to AOT, Richelle worked in the safety educational field managing partnerships to bring anonymous reporting solutions to K-12 school districts throughout the country. She's worked for organizations such as STOPit Solutions, Sandy Hook Promise, and Net Impact, focused on providing programming in the areas of youth safety, social justice, and environmental justice. An AZ native, Richelle is a proud graduate of Arizona State University (go Devils!). She enjoys rock climbing, roller derby, yoga, and hiking with her husband and three adopted animals.
