About the TECH360 Program:
The TECH360 Summer Bootcamp is a 4 day a week/3 week program in web design and web development for rising high school juniors and seniors. Throughout the program, students learn industry-aligned technical and professional skills. By the end of the program, students will have demonstrated mastery of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap and will have worked in a team to create and present a final website during the end-of-program Demo Day competition. Most sessions will be hosted via Zoom!
We are currently seeking dynamic, motivated, and solutions-oriented Program Coordinators to manage student cohorts during this summer’s TECH360 Program. Program Coordinators are responsible for shaping a positive program experience for students and families, managing all communication, coordination, and session facilitation. Program Coordinators will report to the Program Director and support the student, technical instructor, and peer mentor experience for two, 3-week program cycles.

Program Coordinator Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Program Management and Coordination:
- Oversee all day-to-day program operations for assigned cohorts - whether sessions are virtual or in-person
- Lead daily check-in meetings with the instructor and peer mentor to ensure alignment ahead of the day’s session
- Open and lead all program sessions, supporting the instructor and peer mentor in lesson delivery
- Prepare and maintain all program environments, including but not limited to Zoom, Google Classroom, and Repl.it or related coding platform
- Maintain regular communication with students and families via daily and weekly reminder and recap emails
- Prep for and lead Guest Speaker and Career Day events with AOT’s Corporate Partners
Data Management:
- Track all student participation data, including attendance, project and assignment submissions, and survey responses
- Ensure complete student submission of all program data, including pre- and post-technical assessments and End-of-Program Survey
- Provide summary data on key metrics for program reports
General:
- Uphold AOT’s core values in all aspects of the role
- Foster and maintain a positive and welcoming classroom environment for all program participants and partners
- Attend weekly meetings with the Program Team to discuss program impact and to troubleshoot any challenges
- Complete any additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:

- Have a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or at least 2-3 years of equivalent experience, preferably experience working with youth STEM programming
- Incorporate an anti-racist lens into their work and are passionate about working at an organization that values and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Have a demonstrated ability to cultivate and develop inclusive and equitable working relationships with students, staff, and community members
- Support and enhance a sense of belonging for all students
- Exhibit strong communication and facilitation skills
- Are proactive self-starters, able to assimilate information quickly to solve problems efficiently
- Have a demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Have experience managing multiple data streams and priorities of equal importance
- Exhibit proficiency in Google Suite, especially Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Slides, Google Sheets and Google Classroom
- Have a demonstrated proficiency in managing Zoom meetings and understanding of Zoom functionalities
- Have a reliable laptop/desktop with a webcam, working audio, and internet speeds that exceed the minimum requirements for hosting a Zoom meeting
