Maddie (she/her) is the National Director of Special Projects at AOT, where she drives high-priority strategic expansion and organizational innovation. Since joining AOT in 2021, she has been instrumental in the organization’s growth, previously serving as the National Director of Alumni Programs. In that role, she scaled AOT’s post-program impact by establishing industry-aligned initiatives and robust professional supports for AOT's national network of graduates. A Los Angeles native with an MPA from Columbia University and a BA from Occidental College, Maddie combines her roots in community organizing with a data-driven approach to ensure AOT’s mission creates a permanent footprint in the technology landscape.
