Lilly McNicholas
Development and Partnerships Manager

Lilly joined America on Tech in 2023 as the organization's Development and Partnership Manager. Prior to AOT, Lilly worked in development for various non-profits including Horizons for Youth (Chicago, IL), Rebuilding Together NYC, and the Center for Reproductive Rights. She graduated from DePaul University with a BA in Media & Cinema Studies and a minor in Sociology. Lilly loves the great outdoors, laughing, and talking politics and pop culture
