Kelly Cutler
​Lead Deal Partner, Portfolio Investments at New Profit 

As a Partner on the Social Entrepreneur Investing Team, Kelly’s work touches all aspects of investing in game-changing organizations. This includes leading strategy, engaging donors, leading due diligence for deal selection, and providing deal support to organizations in our portfolio. Kelly has a particular focus on innovation, spanning a variety of issue areas from education and economic empowerment to public health. Kelly also manages an internal consulting group to provide support across our portfolio. Today she supports UnboundED, The Learning Accelerator, and Springboard Collaborative. 
Kelly has focused her career on work that has the potential to transform the lives of young people, families, and communities. She began her career with business operations and fundraising at Teen Voices, an entrepreneurial nonprofit focused on educating teen girls to amplify their voices and create social change through media. She then served on the Executive Team at Families First Parenting Programs, an early childhood nonprofit organization focused on bringing parents of young children together in their communities to strengthen their parenting knowledge, skills, and support systems. Prior to joining New Profit, Kelly was working as a Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, a global management consulting firm that uses deep industry expertise and rigorous analysis to help business leaders achieve practical results with real impact. Kelly has a BA in English from Boston University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
