A graduate of Ithaca College, Hadiza began her career as an educator. Prior to joining AOT, she worked on the talent acquisition team at Democracy Prep Public Schools. She is passionate about working in non-profit/social impact spaces. In her free time, Hadiza enjoys traveling.
