Taylor Clark
Associate Director, Strategic Acceleration for the Spark Shopper Team at Walmart E-Commerce

Taylor Clark graduated from Harvard Business School with a Masters in Business Administration and from Swarthmore College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Originally from Oakland, CA, she has relevant leadership experiences across capital markets, risk, and growth strategy. She currently leads Strategic Acceleration for the On Demand Delivery Team at Walmart E-Commerce, which powers Walmart's Express Delivery offering. In this role, she builds and executes strategies and operating mechanisms to ensure thoughtful investments accelerate Walmart's penetration and brand as an on-demand channel, while focusing on trust and transparency for shoppers, associates, and customers. Prior to this role and during her time at Harvard Business School, she was elected Co-President of the African-American Student Union (AASU) where she brought visibility to black experiences and dialogues for wider campus engagement, created pathways to fellowship for prospective students and admits, and created resources, opportunities and social experiences for current black students. She is incredibly passionate about leading the creation and expansion of talent pipelines into the broader tech industry for underrepresented communities, and looks to be a catalyst for greater representation in Tech while dismantling the structural barriers that prevent the full participation and leadership of underrepresented communities in the innovation economy.
