Rebecca Ambrose Director of Community Partnerships
Rebecca joined America on Tech in April 2026 as Director of Community Partnerships. Rebecca leads the Train-the-Training initiative and partnership development for AOT’s AI curriculum, working to grow and expand a new earned revenue program for AOT.
Prior to AOT, Rebecca served as the Director of Training and Apprenticeship at Philadelphia Works, the local workforce development board for Philadelphia, leading training and apprenticeship initiatives for career-seekers and employers across the Southeastern Pennsylvania region. Rebecca also worked for New York City’s Department of Small Business Services as the Director of Customized Training, managing employer-driven training programs for small businesses across NYC.
With over 10 years of experience in workforce and economic development, Rebecca is excited to continue learning within the tech and IT space and is excited to support and elevate AOT’s impact and overall growth to ensure more young people are provided equitable opportunities.
Originally from Texas, Rebecca graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Photography and Business Administration. After 11 wonderful years in New York City, Rebecca moved to Philadelphia in 2022. When she’s not working, Rebecca enjoys reading, visiting her niece and nephew in Texas, photography, and attending sporting events - especially in different cities!
