Formerly, Nimisha served as the Chief Financial Officer for Technology and Innovation at Blackstone, the world's largest alternative asset manager, overseeing financial planning and analysis, communication, training, global purchasing, contract negotiations, and the firm's largest budget expenditure. Nimisha's expertise spans intricate financial reporting, clear ROI decisions, and KPIs for multi-million-dollar, multiyear projects.
In her current role as the CFO of Mastercard Technology, Nimisha leads the finance function for the global technology division of the payment giant. She oversees financial planning, analysis, reporting, and strategy for the business. As a member of the Finance Leadership Team, Nimisha is responsible for Financial Strategy, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial processes and controls, Planning and Objective Setting, and Business Partner support for the largest business unit in Mastercard, comprising nearly one third of all Mastercard employees.
