Elevating the Next Generation of Innovators Founded in 2014, AOT has expanded from a 20-student pilot in Brooklyn to a nationwide movement that has served over 5,300 students across New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, and Atlanta. By broadening participation in the tech workforce, AOT is redefining what opportunity and innovation look like in today’s digital economy. The Nasdaq bell ringing is a testament to the collective power of AOT’s students, alumni, staff, board, volunteers, corporate partners, and funders who believe in this work.
