Across the country, the future of work is being shaped by rapid advances in artificial intelligence. For America On Tech (AOT), that future must include clear pathways for young people from underestimated communities to gain the technical skills, professional networks, and real-world opportunities needed to thrive.

This spring, AOT hosted Future of Work Luncheons in Los Angeles, Miami, and Atlanta, bringing together executives, corporate partners, technologists, and community leaders for timely conversations on innovation, talent development, and the role employers can play in preparing the next generation of technology leaders.

These gatherings reinforced a shared belief: investing in future-ready talent is essential to sustaining innovation in every major tech ecosystem.

LA’s Future of Work Luncheon, sponsored by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Salesforce, convened executives across entertainment and technology to explore how innovation and talent development are transforming the workforce.
