Juliette is a new member of the America on Tech team and began her career with AOT in February 2023.  She is a licensed attorney and Human Resources professional with 20 years experience which includes talent acquisition/recruiting, employee relations, human resources strategy and implementation, compensation, Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DE&I), human resources best practices and projects, and all other aspects of HR.  She began her career in recruiting at a small executive search firm, and then grew into an HR role at the American Stock Exchange.  It was there where working with a union pushed her to get a Masters degree in HR Management from The New School, and ultimately decide to go to law school at Stetson University College of Law which has allowed her to be able to address legal issues in the workplace while keeping her love of HR intact. The past few years, Juliette has been working as a consultant for companies such as Axiom, and Sixt Rental car, and is very excited to be at America On Tech to share her experiences and add value to the organization.
