Jerry Calvert is the Operations Manager at America On Tech, bringing over 12 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, program development, and strategic operations. With a strong background in youth programming, compliance management, and cross-functional team leadership, Jerry has successfully scaled impact-driven initiatives and managed multi-state teams. Prior to joining AOT, he led innovative workforce development and mentorship programs, implemented technology-driven process improvements, and built partnerships that empowered thousands of students to thrive. Outside of work, Jerry is an avid saxophone player with a deep love for jazz and enjoys quality time with his daughter Arya, whether they’re exploring new places or just hanging out at home. He’s passionate about building systems that drive equity, opportunity, and lasting impact—and is thrilled to support AOT’s mission of preparing the next generation for tech careers.
