Erica Marie Dionne SVP, Release Planning & Business Operations at NBCUniversal
Erica Marie Dionne (EMD) serves as Senior Vice President, Release Planning & Business Ops for Universal Pictures. In this role, she leads the studio’s film & television releasing planning process & business operations strategy across home entertainment digital platforms. An active leader in her community, she drives initiatives that enhance the studio’s commitment to DEI and represents NBCUniversal as the LA Advisory Board Chair for America On Tech. EMD received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor of Fine Arts from Washington University in St. Louis as well as her MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Dionne resides in LA with her husband and three daughters. She considers herself one part executive, one part entrepreneur, and two parts children’s advocate. She leads initiatives in her local schools and is a proud Girl Scout Troop Leader.
