Demarcus Lee got his start in education during college as an after school instructor and worked his way up to Program Manager spearheading both nonprofit and STEM education arenas to bring fun and excitement to deserving students in low-income areas. He has also worked as a teaching artist to refugee students in low-income families who had no outlet for artistic expression. For a short time, Lee impacted students as a teacher at a Houston elementary school for K-5. At Texas Southern University Lee received his Bachelor’s in Child Psychology a prestigious HBCU residing in Houston, TX. He plans on pursuing a fast track program to obtain his Doctorate in the coming years. Some of his interests are painting, learning languages, playing sports, hiking, martial arts, and reading.
