Contract Rate: $2,000 for one cohort of 25 students
Location: Virtual (Program runs on EST)

About the Tech Skills Fellowship Program
AOT’s Tech Skills Annual Fellowship Cycle is designed to provide high quality and tech-specific education for AOT college-aged alumni to prepare them for internships and careers in the technology field. We partner with corporations for specific skill verticals where students learn the basics of one of the following topics:
Our Tech Skills Fellowship instructor will work with 1 cohort of 25 students who meet once a week for 1.5 hours. The cohort will be made up of college students ranging in age from freshman to seniors.

- Data Science
- Digital Marketing
- Cybersecurity
- User Experience (UX) Design
Our Tech Skills Fellowship instructor will work with 1 cohort of 25 students who meet once a week for 1.5 hours. The cohort will be made up of college students ranging in age from freshman to seniors.
The ideal candidate for Cybersecurity Instructor will:
- Be available Tuesday from 4pm-5:30pm EST from February 12, 2024 - April 19, 2024 + an additional 2 hours/week for preparation and assessment and optional student office hours
- Lead a one-day (about 4-5 hours) session where students will install Linux and Windows prior to the start of the fellowship.
- Have the knowledge and the ability to deliver high quality Cybersecurity lessons using SANS curriculum
- Attend a 1-hour orientation with AOT in preparation for the fellowship and the installation session
- Assess student projects and assignments using AOT-developed rubrics
- Complete mid and post-program surveys to assess program and report on instructor experience
- Sync regularly with Program Manager to discuss program impact and to troubleshoot any challenges
- Commit- All sessions must be attended in order for the students to receive a seamless, high quality experience.
Education:
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree
