Why did you get involved with America On Tech?
I had been searching for a non-profit board to join and was introduced to America On Tech (AOT). Upon learning more about the organization, followed by my meetings with AOT’s Co-Founders, Evin Robinson and Jessica Santana, it solidified my decision to join the AOT Board. I was impressed by how genuine, smart, and professional Evin and Jessica are, and by their conviction and desire to build AOT and to help underserved communities. This made me even more excited about helping AOT and furthering the cause of this organization.
What legacy do you hope to leave as a member of the board?
My hope is to help AOT expand their reach in schools and communities to deliver training to students in more areas/states and to increase collaborations in sponsorships and partnerships.
What do you hope for the future success of America On Tech’s students?
Shared vision of reshaping the future of youth development particularly in the tech sector and to know that their success does not depend on their zip codes but on their drive and desire to reach their goals.
