Amanda Carlo has joined America On Tech as the Sr. Manager of Human Resources & Operations, bringing over 20 years of HR experience. This includes more than a decade at JetBlue, where she supported large, fast-paced, customer-facing teams. Her areas of expertise cover employee relations, benefits and leave management, and collaborating with leaders to address complex people challenges while cultivating positive, high-performing work environments.
Growing up in Queens, New York, as the child of first-generation immigrants, Amanda's early passion for Human Resources was sparked by helping her parents navigate important documents and systems. This instilled a strong dedication to ensuring employees are informed, supported, and empowered in their professional lives.
Amanda holds an Associate degree from Berkeley College and a BBA in Human Resources Management from Thomas Edison State University, and she continues to develop her skills in strategic HR leadership.
Currently residing in South Florida, Amanda appreciates the blend of coastal and city living. In her free time, she enjoys being the "cool Auntie," planning upscale trips for her nieces and nephews at high-end Airbnb homes.
